I don't know if you all ever watched the movie Selena with Jennifer Lopez. But in the film Selena's father is underpaid, and the fair owner response is "she's only a women" IMPLYING THAT A WOMEN COULDN'T Make IT. Now as women I find that offensive. Sure Selena proved them wrong but how many women have been told they couldn't make it. If someone ever tells me that I will go and try to prove them wrong.
