Day 6

Today it seems that me being a girl means I am a terrible driver.

I live on the Leicester campus, and I have to take the shuttle cause some of my classes are in Worcester.  I was getting off the shuttle in Leicester and went into the fuller campus center. There was a tour going on, and the tour person was explaining about the shuttles. This parent comments how there seemed to be more girls taking the shuttle then boys. He then says to me "guess that just shows that girls like you can't drive."  

Now I decided not to respond to that, but inside I was fuming. How dare he say that.  Why is it that people think that girls are bad drivers? 

I think the man was bored and wanted some excitement. Too bad he picked the wrong girl to talk to. I didn't take the bait.
